Perspectives Ireland is a getaway designed to reset, restore and replenish the mind and body. Hosted by psychologists at Perspectives Ireland, Dr Yvonne Barnes-Holmes and Dr Ciara McEnteggart, this all-inclusive retreat taking place in five-star Carton House is all about prioritising your physical and mental wellbeing, away from the stresses of everyday life. From 22-24 October, it is a truly unique opportunity to focus on your own mental and physical wellbeing as we head into winter.
