Join us this Wednesday for a live interview with Daniella Moyles. The author of Jump and founder of The Stll, Daniella will be speaking to Irish Country Magazine Editor, Klara Heron, ahead of an exciting wellness event taking place this month.

Perspectives Ireland is a getaway designed to reset, restore and replenish the mind and body. Hosted by psychologists at Perspectives Ireland, Dr Yvonne Barnes-Holmes and Dr Ciara McEnteggart, this all-inclusive retreat taking place in five-star Carton House is all about prioritising your physical and mental wellbeing, away from the stresses of everyday life. From 22-24 October, it is a truly unique opportunity to focus on your own mental and physical wellbeing as we head into winter.
