Readers of our new wine column will know that Rías Baixas in Spain is a region known for its exceptional wines and intriguing foods.
This Friday, 28 May, Wine Tasting Ireland’s Lynda Coogan Byrne will team up with Spanish chef and food writer Blanca Valencia for a virtual wine tasting.
Watch along from your living room and sample different wines from the region from 8pm-9.30pm. Prior to the event, participants will receive a list of the 25 participating bodegas and where to purchase wines of their choice, as well as an e-book of information about the area, the grapes, some Galician recipes and more.
One lucky atendee will win a hamper of Spanish wines.
