You’ve probably tried the pumpkin spice latte in your local coffee shop but have you ever tried making your own version? If you’re having people over in the next few weeks, this recipe from Five Farms is a fun substitute for Irish Coffees over the Halloween break.
Ingredients:
3 oz | Five Farms Irish Cream Liqueur

2 oz | Espresso
1 oz | Pumpkin pie syrup
1 oz | Single cream or full fat milk
Cinnamon
Optional: Digestive biscuits for decoration
To serve: Whipped cream
Method:
- Rim a coffee mug with digestive biscuit crumbs.
- Pour in Five Farms Irish Cream, fresh hot espresso, pumpkin pie syrup, and cream/milk.
- Mix until fully blended.
- Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
