DIY beauty spa at home: products you need

Roisin Healy by Roisin Healy

Who needs a spa weekend when you can turn your living room into a pampering haven and give your skin a winning boost!

For team Irish Country Magazine, Mask Monday is a steadfast ritual. Not only does it ease the sins of the weekend showing up on the face, but it sets our skin up for the busy week ahead. A face mask is designed to give you a bolstering boost of skin-nourishing ingredients in one go. Different masks will target specific concerns – from dullness and dryness to blocked pores. It’s like hitting refresh for your skin, and a weekly mask is recommended in every good skincare routine. So stock up on your favourite Irish-made candles, look up “relaxing spa music” on YouTube and find 30 minutes to yourself – it’s time for a DIY spa night.

These are the masks we go back to time and time again, some are new and some are old favourites.
