- 350g plain flour
- 5g baking soda
- 10g ginger powder
- 5g cinnamon
- 120g butter
- 20g treacle
- 170g light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 20g golden syrup

Method
- Mix the butter and sugars until creamy consistency, add the rest of the ingredients slowly and roll between two pieces of baking paper.
- Cut out your desired shape and bake at 160C for approximately 14-16 minutes depending on your size.
To decorate:
- 3 egg whites
- 600gr icing sugar
- 10gr lemon juice or white vinegar
- Cr colorant gel
Mix everything together for a few minutes until you have the colorant incorporated and use it on your cookies with a piping bag and a fine nozzle to decorate as you please.
