In partnership with Ballymaloe Foods

This summer, let Ballymaloe Foods bring living to life at your family picnics, barbecues and get-togethers, with their delicious range of relishes, pickled beetroot, mayo, salad dressings and pasta sauces. Using natural ingredients and traditional cooking methods, Ballymaloe Foods’
products are made by their family for yours, and are guaranteed to make any meal magic.

Ballymaloe Original Relish has been a firm favourite with Irish shoppers for more than 30 years: bursting with ripe tomatoes, sweet sultanas and a secret blend of spices, it adds the perfect finishing touch to burgers, sandwiches, cheese and cold meats.

As the temperature rises, Ballymaloe Foods are happy to turn up the heat too, thanks to their Pepper Relish (with a little gentle spice) and Fiery Relish – the latter of which is not recommended for the faint-hearted, as it really lives up to its name!

All three members of the Ballymaloe Foods relish family truly get their chance to shine when added to burgers… be they beef, pulled pork, chicken or halloumi. When it comes to burgers this summer, think of Ballymaloe Original Relish as your BFF (that’s your Burger’s Best Friend!) Ballymaloe Diced & Sliced Irish Beetroot is planted, pickled and packed in East Cork – and is an essential part of any summer salad, for its sweet and sharp taste and vibrant colour. We’re a huge fan of using it in a smoked mackerel salad, with red onions, freerange eggs, carrots & kale: vibrant, fresh and moreish beyond belief! This award-winning beetroot is also delicious in wraps and sandwiches, or with cold meats and cheese.

While we’re optimistic that the sun will shine on us this summer, Ballymaloe Foods has got you covered – come rain or come shine. For cosy summer nights on the couch, you can’t beat a baked potato with melted Cheddar cheese and a heaped tablespoon (or two) of Ballymaloe Original Relish, while those determined to brave the barbecue will be well served with chicken drumsticks, coated with Ballymaloe Pepper Relish and Mayo.

Free-range eggs and cracked black pepper are two of the stars of the show when it comes to Ballymaloe Mayo which, once tried, will definitely find
a permanent home in your fridge. Pop it in a pitta pocket with some spicy chicken, or serve on the side with homemade crab cakes. A buttermilk chicken burger becomes unbeatable with the addition of a generous dollop of Ballymaloe Mayo, especially when served with sweet potato wedges, and even more mayo for dipping!

Launching this month is the latest member of the Ballymaloe Foods family – a Caesar Salad Dressing, rich in anchovies, Dijon and wholegrain
mustard. Packed with flavour, it’s a classic recipe given a new twist, and will sit on shelves next to Ballymaloe Foods Honey & Mustard Dressing and Classic French Dressing from June onwards. While we cannot guarantee that this summer will bring with it an abundance of sun, we’re pleased to say
that, with a little help from Ballymaloe Foods, mealtimes can definitely be magical – whatever the weather.
