Face yoga is a simple and soothing way to ensure your skin and facial muscles are at their healthiest and to encourage a youthful glow from within.

We know it’s important for our health to regularly work up a sweat but exercise is a powerful tool to ward off premature ageing too. It’s not often that we think to exercise our face and skin but facial yoga has proven benefits.

DID YOU KNOW?

Facial yoga has all these skin health benefits:

  • Increased blood circulation — so more oxygen and nutrients get to the surface of the skin.
  • Firm and tone muscles — to help prevent the appearance of sagging, droopy skin.
  • Flushing out toxins — for clearer, more luminous skin.
  • Encourage the production of collagen — this is what keeps skin plump and youthful.
  • Ease stress — because nobody wants frown lines!

So many exciting things in the horizon. 🌟 Next week I’m kicking off a series of events with @trilogyproductsireland and @versify.ie around the launch of their newest products in their age proof range. I am so happy to be a part of these events that move away from the idea of “anti-aging” ideals and into the mind frame of aging with grace. In recent years society seems the have forgotten the value of the wisdom and knowledge and deep seated power that comes with age and experience , in favor of the bright and shiny age of fertility and youth. It is so refreshing to see that there is finally a shift into looking forwards instead. As part of this I will be doing a series of face and skin yoga workshops for press and influencers, but if you are interested in learning more about how to include your face in your health and wellness routine, come and join me in my Yoga for your face and skin: Glow from within workshop next month sat 13th 2-4 pm in @yogadublin Ranelagh.
