29 May – 2 June Bord Bia Bloom, Dublin
A staple in many garden lovers calendar, Bord Bia Bloom returns to the Phoenix Park, Dublin over the June Bank Holiday weekend with glorious gardens, fabulous food, and more than 300 live performances taking place over five days. 30 May – 2 June: Doonbeg International Jazz Festival, West Clare
If you’re a fan of jazz, the 26th anniversary of Doonbeg Jazz is set to be a fantastic weekend. Bursting with fun and atmosphere, it will feature bands from Europe, Ireland and the UK performing in a jam-packed programme of free performances throughout the weekend. Throughout June and July: A Colourful Life, Co Kerry
Doireann Healy of Begley and Bowie is hosting a series of conversations with some of Ireland’s leading businesswomen about art, fashion, wellness, interiors, design and more. The events will be held weekly on Saturdays and Sundays over June and July all from 2-4 pm in the stunning surrounds of The Park, Kenmare. 1-29 June: Art & Soul, Co Cork
Set in the beautiful surrounds of Cork’s five-star Castlemartyr resort, Ireland’s biggest art and sculpture event, featuring over 350 works, will return this month with another visual extravaganza. Art and Soul, featuring works by Andy Warhol, Damien Hirst, Banksy, Julian Opie, and Salvador Dali, will be hosted by Gormleys throughout the month, showcasing the biggest names in international and Irish art. 5-9 June: BabyLovesMusic at The Ark, Temple Bar, Dublin
This June, The Ark is delighted to present BabyLovesMusic an informal concert for babies aged 0-12 months. An eclectic musical journey with a distinctly Irish feel, BabyLovesMusic features a whole host of instruments including baroque guitar, cello, accordion, fiddle, uilleann pipes, treble recorder and lots more. 7-8 June: When Next We Meet Festival, Co Tipperary
If you haven’t heard of this festival yet, listen up! An exciting event in the Irish music calendar, When Next We Meet, is back for 2025, arguably its most electrifying line-up yet. Set in the stunning valley of Sliabh na mBan on the grounds of Raheen House, the festival will take place from 7-8 June June with headliners Pillow Queens, Villagers, and Morgana leading the charge. 7-8 June: Cork Carnival of Science
Cork’s much-loved outdoor science celebration is back this June and will once again transform Fitzgerald Park into Ireland’s largest outdoor STEM experience. As we age, our goal is to live better for longer. With that in mind, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council presents the dlr Age Well Expo from 10am to 4pm on Wednesday 11 June 2025. The event will take place at the Talbot Hotel, Stillorgan, Dublin to showcase services and products available to older people in Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown. 12-15 June: Dalkey Book Festival, Dublin
One for book lovers! To commemorate the 30th anniversary of Rory’s untimely passing on 14 June 2025, the Rory Gallagher estate, in collaboration with Cork City Council and Cork City Libraries, is putting on a massive citywide tribute to the guitar legend, ‘Cork Rocks for Rory’. Simultaneous photographic and original memorabilia exhibitions at Cork City Hall, Central Library and Public Museum will coincide with a city-wide walking trail commemorating the life and legacy of the blues and rock icon.
