Discover the winners of the Irish Made Awards 2019, as revealed in our first ever awards ceremony!

The Irish Made Awards is now in its third year, and the inaugural ceremony, in partnership with Kilkenny Shop, took place on Thursday, 26 September at Fallon & Byrne, Dublin.

The Irish Country Magazine team was thrilled to have the opportunity to celebrate the nominees with a Prosecco reception and lunch before revealing the winners in an awards ceremony. Guest speaker and previous Irish Made Awards winner Chupi Sweetman of Chupi Jewellery inspired guests with a speech about the passion of Irish makers, before Editor Klara Heron presented the awards, with plaques designed by Shane Holland Design. Special thanks to our category sponsors: Kilkenny Shop, sponsor of the GIFT, BEAUTY, and JEWELLERY categories; Design and Crafts Council of Ireland, sponsor of the FURNITURE category; Gifted Fair, sponsor of the HOME category; and Market Street, sponsor of the ACCESSORIES category.

The Overall Winner will attend Showcase 2020, thanks to the Design and Crafts Council of Ireland, and receive an advertising package with Irish Country Magazine.

Each of the nine category winners will get the opportunity to showcase their product in a Kilkenny Shop for a minimum of three months in 2020, with mentorship and advice from the Kilkenny team.
