Get off to the right start by boosting your health and creating healthy habits with Ireland’s number one supplement Eskimo-3

In partnership with Eskimo-3

There are plenty of goals we can set at the beginning of a new year – from career to fitness and more. But one goal that should always be a priority is our health. Looking after our health, as well as our families’ health, is important, and with a brand new year stretching ahead full of possibilities, now is the perfect time to boost the health of everyone in the house by incorporating beneficial supplements into your daily regime.

Daily boost of greatness

Irish-owned Eskimo-3 is Ireland’s number one supplement and the original fish oil supplement. Eskimo-3’s Omega-3 fish oils are the purest, highest quality Omega-3 product on the market. Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA are super beneficial health boosters which contribute to the normal function of the heart, help to maintain healthy blood pressure, and DHA also helps to maintain normal brain function.

Eskimo-3 Kids also support memory, concentration, brain and eye function, and has added Vitamin D3 to support bone health and immunity. As we all know, Vitamin D is another supper supplement for boosting immunity, and most of Eskimo-3’s products have added Vitamin D.

The best thing is that Eskimo products are widely available nationwide in pharmacies and health stores, as well as online as eskimo3.ie, so it’s always easy to pick up the products and start taking those steps towards a new healthy habit.

Get creative

Starting a healthy habit and sticking to it is all about making it as easy as possible to be part of your day. With Eskimo-3 products, there are lots of ways to make supplements part of your everyday – simply drizzle a spoonful of Eskimo-3 Liquid on porridge, drop it into your morning smoothie or yoghurt, or pop the Eskimo-3 Extra Capsules in your handbag so they’re always to hand when you’re on the go.

New year, new me green smoothie recipe:

  1. Blend a cup of leafy green veg (spinach is great!).
  2. Add 1 cup of milk (you can use any milk of choice or water if you prefer).
  3. Drop in chopped up or frozen fruit chunks such as apple, pineapple, banana and mango.
  4. Add one spoonful of Eskimo-3 Liquid.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!

Supporting local and sustainably made

As you know, we are passionate about supporting Irish here at Irish Country Magazine, as well as recommending products that are sustainable and environmentally-friendly. Eskimo-3 products are Irish-owned and 100 per cent sustainable.

Eskimo-3 only uses certified “Friend of the Sea” fisheries. The fish oil comes from sustainable fisheries in highly regulated environments using pure, wild fish varieties (sardines, anchovies and mackerel) which are not endangered. These oily fish are highly sustainable, which means that the fishing practices do not have a negative impact on the ocean floor and is ecologically sustainable.

Eskimo-3 packaging is also 100 per cent recyclable as they use cardboard, amber glass bottles and PP plastic lids. Fully committed to evolving, Eskimo-3’s product packaging will be switched to FSC Certified packaging going forward. Forest Stewardship Council® certified packaging helps to further protect nature and promote responsible forest management.

So they are not just good for your health, but good for the environment too!

How do you take yours?

With products available for adults, teens and kids, that support healthy hearts and brains, the only question now is – how do you take yours?

Eskimo-3 products are available in health stores and pharmacies nationwide, and at eskimo3.ie.
