Share your favourite cheesy comfort food recipe to be in with a chance to win Ireland’s Blue Book hotel vouchers worth €2,000

What cheese dishes do you crave? The Cheese Your Way campaign, run by National Dairy Council and the EU, is on the lookout for Ireland’s most comforting cheese recipes.
One lucky winner will receive Ireland’s Blue Book vouchers worth €2,000 as well as two runners up prizes.
The GastroGays food writers, Patrick Hanlon and Russell Alford are also sharing their favourite ways to serve up cheese, with tips on flavour pairings with cheese and advice on cheese cooking techniques available on their Instagram channel.
