As the evenings get longer and the temperatures rise, our minds turn to our outdoor space. With this in mind, for the month of April AVOCA will be sharing inspiration and expert advice on planting your garden and also how to embrace the wellbeing benefits of nature.

Plants will also become a focus on the Wellness Wednesday series on the @avocaireland Instagram account, with a guided meditation and yoga class. Aisling Leonard will lead a meditation from Mount Usher Gardens on Wednesday, 7 April.

Plus, make the most of plants inside the home, with tablescaping tips fom Joeanna Caffrey Flowers, and stock up on beautiful succulents curated by the AVOCA Garden Centre staff, availbale to purchase at AVOCA Kilmacanogue, Dunboyne and Rathcoole (sizes vary, €29-69).

AVOCA also have a selection of books centered around gardening and growing at home and floral arrangements, which are perfect for beginners just starting out or for gardening enthusiasts alike. Books available online include Bloom Wild, Dried Flowers, Veg in One Bed, and The Bee Book.

Discover AVOCA’s range of self-care wellness products and book collections online at avoca.com.
