Dax Restaurant, Dublin

Dax Restaurant will be selling Christmas Gift Boxes, which include carefully chosen wines from owner Olivier and vouchers that can be used in the restaurant. There are 4 boxes to choose from, the first starting at €135. Visit dax.ie for more information.

Virginia Park Lodge, Co. Cavan

Chef Richard Corrigan created a luxury Christmas Day hamper, including roast turkey wellington, honey and English mustard glazed ham hock, duck fat potatoes and Corrigan’s Christmas pudding with brandy custard. It is available for collection from Virginia Park Lodge and delivery across counties Meath, Cavan and Dublin. The hamper, priced at €275, feeds up to six people and comes in a beautiful wicker basket packed full of festive favourites. One of the hampers will include a ‘Golden Ticket’ giving guests a chance to win an overnight stay at the Gate Lodge Cottage, sleeping up to four guests. Castle Grove Country House, Co. Donegal

Castle Grove’s food ethos has always been around using locally sourced produce from within Donegal and fruit and vegetables from their heritage four acre walled garden. Their Christmas hampers include soy ginger cured salmon, smoked chicken and cranberry terrine, walled garden tomato relish and Castle Grove rhubarb and ginger gin, and there are up to 25 items in the hampers. They are accepting orders for their Christmas Hampers from now until December 8th with delivery or collection available from December 10th-20th. Prices start from €75. The Ballymaloe House Hamper will be packed full of delicious goodies including JR’s Ballymaloe Christmas pudding, a bottle of exclusive Ballymaloe Garden Gin, their favourite olive oil, coffee, Ballymaloe bread mix, homemade fudge, oat biscuits, marmalade and so much more beautifully packaged and including unique unmistakably Ballymaloe small blue and white gingham tablecloth and napkins.
