Maeve Madden – Queens Don’t Quit

As well as sharing home workouts and healthy meal videos on her personal account, Maeve Madden is also the founder of ‘Queens Don’t Quit’ – a business that has built a 57,000-strong community on Instagram with fantastic workout videos, regular live sessions, gorgeous recipes, brilliant use of music and trending sounds and relentless positivity! In fact, it’s so popular that you can now work out in your very own QDQ activewear. Make no mistake, this Co Down queen is going from strength to strength.

Lesley Giltinan – Lean with Lesley

Lesley Giltinan fortuitously launched her fitness app just before lockdown and, as a woman in her 50s, she is passionate about helping people stay fit and active as they age. You will find a wealth of information, exercise videos, specialised workouts and brilliant tips on Lesley’s Instagram page and if you enjoy them, it’s definitely worth your while getting the app. In this, Lesley offers high quality workout programs for different ages and abilities that she designed herself along with recipes, live workout links and advice on how to challenge your body and feel fantastic.

Vogue Williams – Flexy App

Is there anyone in Ireland and the UK who doesn’t know who Vogue Williams is at this stage? The powerhouse podcaster, businesswoman and mum-of-three was already a juggernaut of productivity before launching the Flexy App with her trainer and business partner John Belton this time last year. As well as great tips and workout advice on its Instagram page, you can also download the app for fitness programs, nutrition, and exclusive monthly live workshops.

Come for the fitness and nutrition advice, stay for the hilarious celebrity chases and dreamy New York lifestyle! Laura is a Cork woman who has been living her best life in the Big Apple with her husband for the last few years. She shares excellent workouts and recipes on her Instagram page but she also offers personal training for 4, 8 or 12 week packages. You can choose fitness only, nutrition only or both and she will tailor the content to suit your lifestyle. The results she posts on a regular basis from thrilled clients speak for themselves!

Maura Rath – Yoga with Maura

If you’re looking for a more holistic approach to fitness, you should give Yoga with Maura a try. The Wexford native is passionate about yoga and ambitious when it comes to ensuring she creates the best experience possible for her clients and followers. So much so that she was a contestant on The Apprentice UK earlier this year! As well as a series of videos you can watch on her Youtube channel, Maura also runs regular courses, events foreign yoga retreats and has a podcast you can tune into for uplifting stories, positive energy, and insights into running a business.
