WIN! A dream foodie getaway to Ballymaloe House Hotel

This gorgeous giveaway includes a two-night stay and a mouth-watering meal in the Co Cork hotel’s renowned restaurant

Celebrating 60 years since it first opened its doors to the public, Ballymaloe House Hotel is giving one lucky reader the chance to win a two-night stay, garden-to-glass cocktails, a delicious dinner in their renowned restaurant, and breakfast both mornings.

Nestled in the luscious east Cork countryside, Ballymaloe House offers the warmest of welcomes, and is the perfect retreat this autumn. Choose to stay by the fire with a book or take a stroll in the woodlands, wander around the walled garden or use one of their e-bikes to cycle the grounds. Sip on a pre-dinner cocktail with foraged ingredients from the grounds before making your way to the dining room where dinner is a real treat as Executive Chef, Dervilla O’Flynn, serves up a five course, farm-to-table menu. Celebrating 60 years of Ballymaloe House, the team remain true to the original ethos of Myrtle and Ivan Allen, serving a wonderful menu that changes daily, using only the very best of local and seasonal produce.

Wake up from a restful sleep to enjoy the famous Ballymaloe House breakfast each morning with a selection of hot and cold options including Kinoith yogurt, Macroom porridge served with soft brown sugar and cream, freshly baked scones and breads, grilled smoked mackerel and poached egg, the Ballymaloe full Irish, not forgetting a selection of delicious homemade kefirs and Ballymaloe orchard apple juice.

And while you’re there, why not take a history tour of this iconic house and learn about the property? With beautiful beaches nearby at Garryvoe and Shanagarry, or the cliff walk in the pretty fishing village of Ballycotton, there is so much to explore nearby during your stay.

If you are not lucky enough to win this time, check out their Dreamy Sunday package at Ballymaloe House Hotel by visiting ballymaloe.ie. Fill in the form below to win!

T&C valid until 31/07/2025 subject to availability, non-refundable or exchangeable for cash.
