Storyteller to bring Irish folklore to life at Bewley’s, Dublin

You can’t beat a story told by a professional storyteller! Brendan Atkins is on a mission to spread the word of old myths and legends of Irish heroes, such as Fionn Mac Cumhaill and Cú Chulainn and the lesser-known folktales our culture has begun to forget. Two storytelling sessions will take place in Bewley’s on Easter Monday, from 11am-1pm and 2pm-4pm, both aimed at children aged six-11. Kids will be treated to a Bewley’s signature hot chocolate and our chef’s favourite Easter treat and parents can indulge in an Easter Tower – a seasonal take on Afternoon Tea.

Easter activities on Limerick Greenway

There’s plenty of fun to be had on the Limerick Greenway this Easter! The public is being encouraged to explore the scenic 40km off-road experience over the holidays with activities and adventures for all in each of the Hub towns plus on the greenway itself. Visitors are invited to check out some Easter fun at Barnagh Greenway Hub, including: Easter Hunt & Fancy Dress on Saturday, 19 April from 12pm to 2pm. This event is ideal for the whole family and suitable for kids aged 2-10 years.
