Ireland’s leading aesthetics experts at Sisu Clinic Dr Brian Cotter, Dr Susanna Cassidy and Dr Lisa Madden will outline the latest treatments for the face, neck, and body, while Dr. Barbara Paldus, founder of Codex Labs, is travelling from California to spread the good news that having great skin doesn’t necessitate creams from expensive jars. She will show how small changes can lead to big improvements in skin health from ageing to acne, eczema and rosacea.

Fashion and beauty aside, guests will enjoy a wellness panel featuring life coach and Irish Country Magazine columnist Ariana Dunne, who will share her top tips for enjoying a calm and joyful holiday season and how to boost our mood during the darkest days of winter. Joining her will be fitness coach and businesswoman Orla Hopkins, who will demonstrate the power of movement and how it enhances mental and physical health, plus Dr. Doireann O’Leary, founder of Supplements Made Simple, who is passionate about women’s health. The panel will be rounded out by Christina Foley, founder of Inish Living, a luxury wellness brand. A physiotherapist and qualified Pilates instructor, she combines her expertise in both areas to promote holistic health, which she will educate us on the day.
These incredible events will take place on Saturday 23 November at the Oaks Hotel in Killarney and Sunday 24 November in the Rochestown Park Hotel, Co Cork. Both will run from midday until 6pm, kicking off with a drink reception featuring delicious Disaronno cocktails and Kylie Minogue prosecco, followed by a gourmet lunch with wine. In Cork, entertainment is provided by The Loungeman and Elite Irish Magicians – Master Magician Steve Spade and Master Mentalist David Peace – will also be performing a magic act.
