Three Irish hotels are hosting slots with professional female photographers
To celebrate International Women’s Day 2023, The Doyle Collection is hosting its annual initiative to support women in business, offering professional headshots in Dublin, Cork, London and Washington D.C.
This year marks the first time the headshot initiative will run in all three of The Doyle Collection’s Irish hotels – kicking off at The Westbury in Dublin on the 6th of March and at The Croke Park in Dublin and The River Lee in Cork on the 7th March.
Each slot will be with a professional female photographer; seasoned photographer Emily Quinn will be at The Westbury in Dublin, local photographer Yvonne Keane will capture each portrait at Dublin’s The Croke Park, and In Cork, renowned photographer Egle Laukyte from Artisan Chronicles will shoot at The River Lee.
Whether working within an international firm or as an entrepreneur building a business, securing a professional profile shot often falls by the wayside. Each guest will be provided with a digital headshot that can be used as a valuable marketing tool – whether it be for website, social media, LinkedIn profiles or press outreach.
Headshots can be reserved in exchange for a donation of €15, with all donations raised in Ireland going to women’s charity, Daisyhouse, who work to
provide temporary accommodation and tailored personal support to women who are experiencing homelessness.
The Doyle Collection’s Chairman, Bernie Gallagher, daughter of the Group’s founder, PV Doyle, leads the family-owned hospitality group and is determined to empower the next generation of international businesswomen.
Mrs Gallagher says: ‘‘I am delighted that The Doyle Collection’s International Women’s Day Headshot Initiative continues to grow with each passing year. We are extremely proud to have the opportunity to celebrate the incredible women in our communities who continue to strive in business at all levels.
“Our headshot initiative aims to uplift women, providing them with truly useful tools to assist them in their careers. We are thrilled to support female founders, women in business, entrepreneurs and those in the creative industries in Ireland, the UK and Washington D.C.”
