The food and drink concept at Temple Bar’s much-loved Cleaver East has been given a complete overhaul by introducing a new Eastern-influenced offering. To celebrate, Cleaver East is giving one lucky Irish Country Magazine reader the opportunity to win a three course meal for two people with cocktails at the contemporary Dubin city centre restaurant.
After extensive research, looking to countries to the East, Cleaver East discovered a whole new world of amazing flavours and ingredients that work well with their predominantly Irish produce to develop some stand out dishes and create a new concept which has revitalised the entire restaurant.
Cleaver East has retained its bold and playful approach to food and cocktails. As always, cocktails are taken just as seriously as the food, and the inhouse mixologists have created a host of new showstoppers to compliment the food offering.
