No.1 Pery Square house is comprised of 20 bedrooms, all individually named and styled. The house dates back to 1830 and was bought by owner Patricia Roberts in 2006. The house is one of a terrace of six Georgian Houses, and is regarded as an exceptional example of late Georgian architecture. The interior has been painstakingly restored and all its original architectural features have been reinstated.
Dining at No.1 Pery Squaresees food and wine is served at Sash and the Park room lounge. There is a huge emphasis on championing local produce and the property even has its own kitchen garden. Afternoon tea is a real treat an No.1, and is served in The Drawing Room and Park Room at the heart of the house.
